Yes, Sunway Property is actively working on expanding the service to other Sunway Property developments nationwide.

  • Step 1: WhatsApp us at (019 – 888 1093) during our service hours: Mon - Fri, 10:00AM - 5:00PM, and Sat, 10:00AM - 1:00PM.
  • Step 2: Confirm your preferred date and time. Your booking is confirmed upon receiving a WhatsApp confirmation message
  • Step 3: Upon service completion, make your payment via direct banking.

NOTE: Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

A standard service session is estimated to take 2 hours to 3 hours. The actual duration may vary based on your home's size and condition.

Each service session is attended by a team of 2 cleaning crew members who are trained to provide thorough and professional cleaning.

Yes, additional hours can be requested if needed. However, please be aware that additional charges may apply based on the extent of the work required.

Yes, you are allowed one-time rescheduling, subject to availability. However, this must be done with at least 12 hours' notice before the appointment time.

Please note that:

  • Rescheduling or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a penalty.
  • Sunway Property Care+ reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment, and customers will be duly informed.
  • Access to the building: Kindly assist in obtaining the necessary permit from the Management Office and provide a screenshot before the scheduled cleaning session for our crew's building entry.
  • Valuables: It is advisable to secure your valuable items before the cleaning crew arrives. This precaution helps prevent disputes or unwanted events.
  • Liability: Please note that our cleaning crews are not liable for any losses or damages unrelated to the requested service.
  • Appointment Day: On the scheduled appointment day, please be prepared at home and our cleaning crew will arrive at your doorstep. However, if there are any issues with the permit, we may require your assistance to escort our crew from the lobby.

You can indeed make advanced bookings on a weekly basis, subject to availability. Feel free to schedule bookings up to one month in advance.

No deposit is required. Payment is to be made only after the cleaning session is completed.

The completion of our service is subject to the size and the current condition of your unit. Upon the arrival of our cleaning crew, after reviewing your home, we will inform you accordingly of the actual scope of service that can be completed within the allocated service hours. If the crew is unable to complete the entire service within the allocated time, you can request additional hours at an additional charge to cover the remaining work.

No, all services must be booked through Sunway Property Care+. If you have specific requirements for your cleaning services, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate them within the scope of the service we provide.
