• Homebuyers: Individuals who have purchased new Sunway Property developments. Your Sunway Property+ Membership is automatic.
• Sub-sale Buyers: Individuals who have purchased Sunway Property Development in Malaysia through the sub-sale market, including joint venture developments.
• Tenants: Individuals who are renting at Sunway Property developments.

Membership is automatic; simply make a property purchase from Sunway Property.

3. Step 3: Your Membership will be confirmed and activated after receiving a confirmation email from the Sunway Property+ membership team.

NOTE: Members can start enjoying the benefits three (3) months from the registration date. If you make your first property purchase directly from Sunway Property, your membership will automatically be upgraded to "Homebuyers".

The property purchase rebates are available for residential properties developed by Sunway Property in Malaysia, not inclusive of international projects. The eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions specified for the participating projects.
